Initial consultations are free and strictly confidential, by videoconference. Every meeting requires completing Clio Grow intake first and receiving confirmation from the office.
Before a meeting can be arranged, you must complete the forms and steps in the automated Clio Grow intake process. The office reviews the information and determines whether a consultation is appropriate; completing intake does not guarantee a meeting.
Prepare IEPs and minutes from the past two years, recent evaluations, and communications about disputed services. If the office confirms that a consultation is appropriate after that review, the initial 15-minute meeting is free, strictly confidential, and by videoconference. Additional consultations may carry fees disclosed before scheduling.
Disclose any existing complaint, mediation, court proceeding, or other lawyer at the outset. Do not withdraw a proceeding to request a consultation. Forms and meetings do not mean acceptance: representation requires formal acceptance and a written agreement.
