Google Ads and Analytics measurement
This site uses a Google tag to measure technical activity related to advertising, page views, and clicks to initiate contact. Clicks do not confirm submission of an inquiry. Basic Analytics measurement excludes URL query strings and fragments and does not automatically track forms or searches. Its current configuration keeps advertising and analytics cookies, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied. Google may receive cookieless measurement signals and technical connection information. This installation does not send inquiry forms, chat content, or documents to Google. Inquiries and records
The inquiry form opens in Clio Grow. Information you submit is used to respond to your request, check conflicts, and determine whether the office can provide legal services. Limit the initial message to contact details, the matter, and important dates. Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, or extensive records. The office will explain how to provide documents when appropriate.
Clio Grow AI virtual assistant
The Clio Grow AI virtual assistant loads when you press the button to open it. When you use the chat, your messages and the contact details you provide are sent to Clio Grow to process the conversation and help the office assess the inquiry. The chat uses artificial intelligence; it is not a direct conversation with the attorney, does not replace legal advice, and does not confirm acceptance of a case. You may contact the office through the inquiry form, by telephone, or by email.
Confidentiality
The initial consultation is strictly confidential. Sending information or having a consultation does not mean that the office has accepted representation. Do not submit information about others unless you are authorized to share it.
Hosting and external services
This website is hosted with Sites. Hosting and security providers may process technical connection information, such as IP address, browser, and page requests, to deliver and protect the service. Links to Clio, Google, Google Scholar, and other services open pages subject to their own privacy practices.
