Free, strictly confidential initial consultation

Every initial consultation in medical malpractice, personal injury, and special education is free of charge and conducted on a strictly confidential basis. Before a meeting can be arranged, our automated Clio Grow intake process must be completed. The office reviews whether the matter falls within its practice areas and meets its acceptance criteria, including the severity of injuries when relevant. Only if a consultation is appropriate does the office arrange a videoconference for the prospective client’s benefit and convenience.

Consultations we do not handle

We do not provide consultations or representation in family law, criminal law, labor or employment law, or estate law, including inheritance and estate planning.

First contact

Begin with the matter and the dates.

Identify what happened, when, the people or entities involved, and your main concern. Mention any pending proceeding, order, or approaching deadline.

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank information, or extensive medical or education records in the initial message. The office will explain how to send documents if further review is needed.

Complete the automated intake forms and steps provided by the office. We will review the practice area and our acceptance criteria, including the severity of injuries when relevant.
If a consultation is appropriate, the office will explain how to arrange the free, confidential video meeting.

Submitting a form or chatting with the assistant does not book an appointment or guarantee a meeting. Every inquiry must complete this process before a consultation is arranged.
